A wintry twist on the iconic Italian cocktail.
Ingredients

1 oz gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz freshly squeezed blood orange juice
2-3 sprigs fresh mint, plus more for garnish
blood orange slices, for garnish
Instructions
In a shaker, add mint sprigs and use a muddler or your fingers to crush it gently. Don’t shred it; simply crush until a strong minty fragrance appears. Add ice about halfway up the shaker, then pour in remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain over an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a slice of blood orange and fresh mint leaves. Toast to what you’re grateful for. Enjoy.
